After nearly a year without a substantive leader, the Piggs Peak Town Council has officially appointed Roison Daniel Pave as its new CEO.
Pave was formally introduced on Monday at the Piggs Peak Town Council offices, where he was welcomed by the Mayor, councillors, management, and staff. His appointment ends a prolonged leadership gap that had left the council operating without a permanent executive head.
In his inaugural address, Pave emphasized integrity, professionalism, accountability, and teamwork, outlining the principles that will guide his administration.
He acknowledged the magnitude of the responsibility entrusted to him and stressed that rebuilding confidence in the council’s leadership would be a top priority.
“I commit myself to serving this council with integrity, professionalism, and transparency, while fostering teamwork and innovation in everything we do,” Pave said.

The new CEO promised to work closely with council staff, elected officials, and stakeholders, stressing that unity across all levels of the organization would be key to moving Piggs Peak forward.
“There will be unity from the top to the lowest employee to make sure that we are united as a council. Together, we will move this town to a new chapter,” he said.
He further committed to ethical governance and collective accountability, noting that management and staff alike must remain answerable to the council and the community they serve.
“I will uphold the highest standards of integrity and conduct the affairs of the council with professionalism. As management, together with staff, we will remain accountable to the board. I look forward to learning from you as members of this institution, and I trust that you will likewise gain from my leadership,” he added.

His background is expected to strengthen strategic planning, financial control, and operational efficiency at the municipality.
Council leadership welcomed Pave’s appointment, expressing confidence that his skills and leadership style would help stabilize the institution and improve service delivery.
The Mayor of Piggs Peak stated that the council looks forward to working with the new CEO to address existing challenges and unlock development opportunities for the town and its residents.
With his appointment, the Piggs Peak Town Council now turns a new page, anchored in promises of ethical leadership, collaboration, and renewed focus on serving the community.
