
In response to rising fuel prices, FNB Eswatini has announced that it will double its Fuel Cashback Rewards from now until August 2026 to help cushion customers against increasing costs.
The bank’s Fuel Cashback Rewards Programme allows customers who swipe their FNB cards when purchasing fuel to earn monthly cashback rewards. With fuel prices having risen significantly since the beginning of the year, the bank says the decision to double the rewards over the next three months forms part of its continued commitment to supporting emaSwati during difficult economic conditions.
According to FNB Eswatini Executive Head of Retail, Dr. Mncedzi Ngomane, the initiative reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to delivering meaningful support to customers.
“As a bank, we recognise the economic pressures that rising fuel costs are placing on households and individuals across Eswatini. While we are also impacted, we believe we have a role to play in supporting our customers as they navigate these challenging times,” said Ngomane.
He added that the initiative aligns with the bank’s brand promise to continue investing in practical solutions that positively impact customers and the country at large.
“As per our promise, Sitintile Eswatini futsi asiyindzawo, we will continue to invest in solutions that bring meaningful and sustainable help to our customers and Eswatini,” he said.
Earlier this year, the bank revealed that it had paid out more than E1.5 million in fuel cashback rewards in 2025 alone, benefiting over 35,000 customers across the country.
