ENPF Discontinues Manual Submission of NPF 200 Forms

By Ntokozo Nkambule

The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) has issued a Public Notice stating that NPF 200 Forms will now be only issued and accepted electronically.

The Fund notes that it will also no longer manually issue the Form from the 1st of March 2023.

“ENPF would like to advise all registered employers that following the introduction of the electronic NPF 200 form in February 2021, which enables employees to submit the monthly employee statutory contribution schedules electronically, the Fund will no longer be issuing and accepting manual submission of the NPF 200 Form with effect from 1 March 2023” states the Notice.

Worth noting is that the Fund is moving forward with its digital transformation, and this forms part of its strategy.

In 2022 ENPF launched a Mobile App, as well as Employee and Employer Portals to ensure that their members can claim online. The Fund also revealed that the introduction of the App will not alter the claiming period, which is currently not more than three days.

The App enables employers not only to submit their NPF 200 Forms but to also interact and view their forms in real-time, anywhere and anytime.

Additionally, ENPF notes in the Notice that employers are requested to email NPF 200 form to accounts@enpf.co.sz or through the employer portal at mafu.enpf.co.sz.

“Employers that may not have the requisite facilities to submit the form electronically, are hereby advised to approach our service centre offices in Manzini and Mbabane where the Fund has provided self-service computers for electronic submission of the form”
