The company through a press release notes that in today’s interconnected world, collaboration is crucial for achieving meaningful progress. “The conference is aimed at breaking down existing silos that often hinder communication and cooperation among different levels of government.”
The conference will focus on several critical themes related to digital innovation, including data-driven decision-making, cybersecurity and data protection, smart cities and infrastructure, citizen engagement and participation, digital transformation in public services, fixed asset management, core finance, e-procurement, e-billing, and performance management systems.
“The importance of this conference cannot be overstated. As public service delivery becomes increasingly complex, the need for integrated approaches that leverage technology and data is paramount. By facilitating discussions around these key themes, the conference aims to inspire innovative solutions that will benefit citizens across Eswatini.”
The company further emphasizes that the premier conference on digital innovation in public service is a call to action for all stakeholders involved in public service delivery.
