Join the Leadership Growth Forum (LFG) for the launch of Take Charge: Life Lessons On The Road To CEO, and get a chance to ask author Nyimpini Mabunda business and leadership-related questions from his best-selling book.
The LGF is a not-for-profit organization whose ambition is to contribute towards the development of a leadership pipeline that will be ready to make a difference in the country. It seeks to achieve this by providing exposure to global thought leadership and best practices; creating networking platforms for knowledge sharing, mentorship, and coaching; creating a leadership talent hub for Eswatini.
Following the successful launches of Nyimpini Mabunda’s Take Charge book in several countries including South Africa, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt, Rwanda, and Lesotho, it is now Eswatini’s turn.
In Take Charge, Nyimpini has distilled his lifelong learning, personal growth, and innovation into lessons for everyone who aspires to get the most out of their careers. In a remarkable story filled with personal reflections on success, failure, and tragedy, Nyimpini acts as an executive coach, guide, and mentor to help the next generation of leaders.
Mabunda has encouraged leaders and potential leaders in Eswatini to join him for this exciting session.
“I am so excited! I am looking forward to coming to Eswatini to unpack the rationale for putting pen to paper, telling the story behind the story, signing copies, and meeting some of the people who have read the book in Eswatini, to have a deeper discussion on any aspects, answer questions, and get their feedback,” said Mabunda.
LGF co-founder Mncedzi Ngomane confirmed that the event is open to both LGF members and non-members.
“This will be a unique experience for leaders and potential leaders to join the discussion with the author Nyimpini Mabunda on his best-selling book and get a chance to ask him business and leadership-related questions,” he added.
On the other hand, Max Mkhonza, the other co-founder revealed that Mabunda’s book has a strong correlation with what the LFG stands for in terms of contributing to the development of a leadership pipeline that will make a difference in the country.
“Nyimpini has distilled his lifelong learning, personal growth, and innovation into lessons for everyone who aspires to get the most out of their careers. In a remarkable story filled with personal reflections on success, failure, and tragedy, Nyimpini acts as an executive coach, guide, and mentor to help the next generation of leaders” He said.

About the Author:
Born in 1976 in the former homeland of Gazankulu (now Limpopo) at the height of resistance against apartheid, a young boy working at his family’s trading store began to dream that in spite of all the political and social obstacles, he could take on the world as a leader in business. Nyimpini Mabunda completed matric at the age of 15, obtained a degree from the University of Cape Town at the age of 18, and became a manager in a global consumer goods company at the age of 21.
Through modelling himself on the traits of successful business leaders, he encountered roles across Africa and Europe. He learned how to perform so that his achievements could not be ignored. Achieving the rank of CEO of one of the world’s most recognized global organizations before the age of 40, he turned his attention to empowering others, lifting African talent to the world stage.
