FNB Eswatini’s Executive Team is now 58% female, with the rest of the management team having a 51% female representation.
This is contained in the recently released FNB Eswatini 2022 Annual Report to Society. The FNB Eswatini 2022 Annual Report to Society narrates how the bank has invested effort in creating shared prosperity for its stakeholders, alongside building a banking franchise that provides services and product returns that make a difference to the everyday experience of its customers.
The report reveals that the bank’s gender diversity numbers showcase the deliberate effort to ensure that women are well represented in roles within the bank, with an almost equal balance in management and executive positions.
FNB Eswatini’s Executive Head of Human Capital, Ms. Lobesutfu Nkambule-Dlamini expressed that opportunities for women in the bank were fast becoming a norm because of increased Leadership Development interventions which are accelerating the placement of women into Leadership roles within the business.
“The ultimate success of a diversity program where women are involved will be when it is no longer topical and we have embraced women inclusion in Leadership as part of normal practice in our society” she posited.
