Do you harbour any dreams of being in an Executive Management position at the Eswatini Electricity Company (EEC)? If, yes, then you must at least possess a Master’s Degree in your field of study or a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a highly reputable academic institution.
According to EEC’s Annual Integrated Report for 2021/22, from the nine executive management members, five of them obtained their (or one of their) postgraduate qualification/s from the University of Pretoria.
EEC’s Managing Director, Ernest Mkhonta holds a Master’s In Engineering (Engineering Management) from the University of Pretoria, as well as an MBA from the University of Stellenbosch. Among his decorative academic background is an Advanced Management Programme from (INSEAD-France).
The MD also possesses a Leading Strategic Innovation qualification from the University of Eswatini – (UNESWA) and a BSc Engineering qualification from the University of Witwatersrand.
Mkhonta also has a BSc & CDE from (UNESWA), a Supervisory Development Programme – Maccuavlei Middle Management Development Programme from the University of Johannesburg.
