The Youth Alive Organization (YAO) promises to deliver a life-altering experience for the young people of Eswatini at the 3rd installment of its Youth Leadership Summit which will be held this year under the theme: The Power of Youth Active Participation in Economic Growth and Development.
The YAO is a Swati-founded and locally based non-profit and non-government organization specializing in youth empowerment, mentorship, and training. According to the founder and director Paul Nkambule, it was born out of the need to bridge the skills and knowledge gap that impedes the youth of Eswatini to be the captains of their own destinies.
For this year’s edition of the Youth Leadership Summit, the YAO has assembled a panel of speakers from the private and public sectors including Jumbo Khumalo, and others.
Also present will be representatives from The Center for Financial Inclusion (CFI) who will cover the topic of youth inclusion in economic growth. Other topics to be discussed under this year’s theme are: solving today’s problems for a better tomorrow and youth as innovation leaders.
The YOA, furthermore, extends a special invitation to organizations and individuals committed to youth affairs and development to contribute to the success of this year’s edition of the Youth Leadership Summit.
Organizations and individuals wishing to play a part are urged to contribute either financially or by offering youth facilitators and beneficiaries to be part of the event.
The summit will take place at the Liberty Community Center in Manzini on Saturday, the 3rd of September 2022, and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
