The Wom-pact Foundation will host its inaugural Women of Impact Leadership Forum on Friday, 23 May 2025, at the Happy Valley Hotel in Ezulwini.
Under the theme “Honoring Her Leadership, Celebrating Our Journey,” the forum aims to elevate women’s voices and leadership across Eswatini and beyond, offering a powerful celebration of achievement, resilience, and sisterhood.
Wom-pact is a non-profit organization established to impact the women of Eswatini in all spheres of life, empowering them to realize their full potential in society. The organization champions the creation of safe spaces, dynamic communication platforms, and development strategies—including inspirational talks with influential women from around the world and opportunities to network with sophisticated, successful, like-minded women.
These engagements foster meaningful conversations that are essential to growth, healing, and leadership.
“At Wom-pact, we are focused on informing and empowering women to respond constructively to life’s challenges,” said Hloniphile Matsebula, Founder of Women of Impact Leadership Forum. “Our faith is the substance behind everything we do—it defines us. It inspires us to be an active and perceptible expression of love, especially to the oppressed woman.”
The upcoming forum marks a significant evolution from previous conferences hosted by the Foundation. Unlike its more formal, content-heavy predecessors, the Women of Impact Leadership Forum introduces a more intimate, personal, and celebratory approach.
This year’s event will feature recognition elements, exclusive networking opportunities, and corporate engagement packages to enhance both participation and visibility.
“This platform was born out of the desire to go beyond dialogue and give women a space where their stories, challenges, and triumphs take center stage,” Matsebula said. “It is a tribute to the journey of leadership, and an affirmation of the power that lies in women coming together.”

With an expected turnout of 100 to 150 delegates, the forum will welcome corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, professionals, students, and community changemakers. Tickets are available through MoMo Marketplace and can be accessed by saving +268 7808 4000 on WhatsApp, sending “hi”, and following the ticket prompts.
To ensure diverse participation, Wom-pact has arranged three engagement packages:
• Corporate Package (E10,000): 10 reserved seats, branding opportunities, preferred seating, and media exposure.
• General Admission (E500): Full access to the program and refreshments.
• Stalls (E300): For women-led businesses to exhibit and sell products during the event.
“This isn’t just a one-off event,” Matsebula emphasized. “It’s part of a growing movement. We’re building a community of changemakers, and we have plans for mentorship circles, development workshops, and the launch of the Wom-pact Impact Awards to celebrate women throughout the year out the year.”
