Second Session of “360 Talks” To Focus on “The Power of Execution”

Sindi Simelane, a leading entrepreneur and influential business figure in Eswatini, is preparing for the second session of her innovative “360 Talks” initiative on April 12, 2025, at the Mountain View Hotel.

Launched in 2024, “360 Talks” is designed to inspire and empower aspiring entrepreneurs and professionals by sharing valuable insights from Simelane’s own journey, as well as the experiences of other successful individuals in business and the corporate world.

This upcoming session, themed “The Power of Execution,” will focus on how individuals can create personal strategies and translate them into actionable day-to-day activities.

Recognising that everyone has unique goals and lifestyles, Simelane has invited a diverse lineup of speakers to share their insights and experience:

1. Ms. Sindi Simelane (Host) – Sharing her journey in “Vision to Reality: My Execution Story. “

2. Ms. Fikile Nkosi, MD of Nedbank– Presenting “Practical Application of Strategy: Thriving in the Eswatini Context. “

3. Mr. Mandla Luphondvo, Executive Strategist– Discussing “Tools and Needs to Execute. “

4. Mr. Sindiso Dlamini, Fintech Business Owner – Leading an execution activity on “Budgeting and Financial Goals. “

Each speaker will share their personal stories related to tackling specific aspects of strategic planning, providing attendees with a wealth of knowledge and practical insights.

Participants will also have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session, allowing for meaningful dialogue and interaction.

One of the highlights of the session will be Sindiso Dlamini’s presentation, where he will provide a worksheet on an execution tool that focuses on financial goals and budgeting. Based on feedback from previous audiences.

Dlamini will guide attendees through a one-page printout that they can take home, reinforcing the practical application of the concepts discussed.

Further, Simelane, who holds an MBA and has a diverse professional background that includes directorship at Café 360 and the growing Mugg & Bean franchise in Eswatini, has established herself as a prominent figure in the business community.

Her achievements have been recognised with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award (EYA) for the Hhohho Region. Having navigated the complexities of business growth—from dealing with regulatory challenges to overcoming setbacks—Simelane understands the importance of strong support systems for those embarking on their entrepreneurial paths.

The “360 Talks” sessions aim to provide this vital support through a blend of storytelling, interactive discussions, and mentorship. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that encourage them to convert their aspirations into tangible goals, highlighting the significance of building meaningful relationships as a cornerstone of success.

Simelane emphasises a powerful message for aspiring entrepreneurs: “Learn, serve, and build relationships.”

“I aim to be a catalyst for growth, motivating fellow EmaSwati to take charge of their lives and contribute to our economy,” Simelane expresses. She believes that entrepreneurship is a key driver of economic change and actively seeks partnerships with government organisations focused on enhancing export growth and fostering economic development.

“As business owners, we play a crucial role in economic advancement and view ourselves as collaborators with the government to develop our country for the benefit of EmaSwati and the continent,” she adds. “We are brokers of hope.”
