You can now nominate your favourite organization or the organization that you feel has displayed excellence, professionalism, and great customer service in their respective industries for the year.
The Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards is an annual event facilitated by IRDM University College, a channel partner of (CICM).
The Awards are conferred to organizations that are doing well in championing and promoting service excellence. The nomination process opened on the 1st of September 2022 and the deadline has been set to be the end of September 2022.
Eswatini Customer service week Chief Organizer, Dr. Oliver Museka asserted that there would be 18 categories which will all be determined by the public through nominations on the link https://ee.kobotoolbox.org/x/WdZNhil2 . “These awards recognize, promote and reward excellence, professionalism, and outstanding performances in all sectors of the economy and emphasis the importance of Customer Service”, said Dr. Oliver.
He also added that a company could enter one or all the categories provided the public is happy with the overall performance of the company with best practices in customer experiences. The awards are earmarked to take place on 28 October 2022.
