MTN Introduces New Contract Packages for Business & Individual Customers

MTN Eswatini has launched its new and revamped contract packages for both their business and individual customer segments.

The Head of Corporate Services at MTN Eswatini Sibusiso Nhleko, speaking on behalf of the CEO noted that the revamping of their contract packages follows their realization that the cost of business has gone up and a result they believe these new products will address the current economic challenges.

“Everyone deserves a connected life, despite the tough economic challenges we face every day, as MTN Eswatini we have to come up with ways of ensuring that everyone is connected. This speaks to these new packages that we have come to launch today. We believe that data in particular is the new fuel, and everyone should be connected.”

The launch of the new contract packages took place at Mountain View earlier today.

Nhleko further divulged that for individual customers they have created MTN Flex and MTN Classic packages. He said for business customers they have added more value in terms of data and voice for the MTN Elite package and MTN MyChoice contract packages respectively.

MTN Eswatini Acting Chief Marketing Officer Mandla Gule when unpacking the new contract package for individual customers revealed that the cheapest package under the MTN Classic plan is E370 per month and the most expensive being the Platinum Plus package at E1399 per month.

He said the MTN Flex Contract package on the other hand will enable customers to build their own package, giving customers the flexibility to create their own combo.

The company’s Acting Head of Business Enterprise Wandile Dlamini revealed that Business contract customers will benefit up to 100% more value under the MTN Elite package and up to 70% more in value under the MTN MyChoice contract package.
