The MTN Eswatini Enterprise Business Unit (EBU) is forging ahead with its plans of becoming the number ICT provider of choice for businesses in the country.
This was disclosed by the Head of MTN EBU Thandazile Dlamini during the internal launch of the #BusinessDoneBetter campaign held at their headquarters in Ezulwini. Dlamini in her address noted that the campaign is an invitation to businesses to trust MTN Eswatini in the delivery of their digital business solutions.
“What we are basically saying is that enterprises can now do business better, as MTN Business we are profiling ourselves as the ICT provider of choice for businesses. The reality is the new world will favour businesses that are more digitally enabled, businesses that are online compared to those that are on-site, and those that are wireless instead of the ones that are wired.”
Dlamini further encouraged businesses to partner with them for the best digital solutions. She said their target market was small businesses, medium-sized businesses, as well as large corporations.
The Head of EBU highlighted some of the products that they will be rolling out as MTN Business. “We will be rolling out a number of products and services under our #BusinesDoneBetter campaign. These include Unified Communication & Collaboration Technologies (UCC), Internet of Things (IoT), Cloud Products, and a number of connectivity solutions that will enable businesses to perform their functions better” she noted.
MTN Eswatini CEO, Wandile Mtshali concurred with Dlamini stating that their new value proposition is well-positioned to partner with businesses who intend to remain relevant and profitable in this new world.
“Digitizing business operations is no longer optional, and we are here to enable that environment. We are inviting our customers to do business better with MTN. This new digital reality also poses a challenge to all of us in this room because now more than ever it is more important than ever to remain agile and perfectly positioned to respond to various shifts in the market” he observed.
