In a significant career transition, Mbuso Sacolo, the now former Relationship Manager of Business Eswatini (BE), has left the organization after seven years of service to join Macmillan Education Eswatini.
Sacolo has officially joined Macmillan Education Eswatini as their Sales and Marketing Manager.
In a brief questionnaire response to Inside Biz Magazine, Sacolo shared his reflections on his tenure at BE, an organization where he closely collaborated with numerous leaders in Eswatini’s private sector. He expressed his gratitude to all the organizations he had worked with and encouraged them to maintain their loyalty to BE.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to have served BE and to have worked alongside many influential leaders in Eswatini’s private sector. I extend my heartfelt thanks to all the organizations I have served and urge them to stay loyal to BE, as there is strength in numbers,” Sacolo said.
Sacolo also conveyed his deep appreciation to the CEO of BE, E. Nathi Dlamini, for his exceptional leadership and mentorship throughout his tenure. He attributed much of his professional success to the CEO’s unwavering support and guidance.
“I owe a great deal of my success to Mr. Dlamini’s distinguished leadership. I have learned a lot from him. His support and guidance have been instrumental in my career development,” he acknowledged.
Looking ahead, Sacolo expressed his excitement about joining Macmillan Education Eswatini, an organization in the education sector. He voiced his gratitude for the warm welcome he received from the Managing Director, Bongani Motsa, and the entire team.

“I have long admired Mr. Motsa and the mission of Macmillan Education Eswatini. The company’s commitment to creating a better world through discovery is something I deeply resonate with. I am thrilled about the opportunities and growth that lie ahead in my career and look forward to making new connections in my new line of work,” Sacolo noted.
Sacolo’s move marks a new chapter in his professional journey, promising fresh developments and contributions to the educational sector in Eswatini.
