LGF Brings CEO Nights with Nyimpini to Eswatini, Exclusive Book Review with Professor Bonang Mohale

The Leadership Growth Forum (LGF) will host a unique two-part leadership experience in Eswatini, featuring the acclaimed CEO Nights with Nyimpini Live Podcast and an exclusive public book review session with renowned business leader and author Professor Bonang Mohale.

Both engagements will take place at Mountain View Hotel in Mbabane, offering distinct yet complementary platforms for leadership engagement.

The first engagement will be the private and invitation-only CEO Nights live podcast session, hosted by business leader and author Nyimpini Mabunda. This closed-door experience will convene selected leaders for an intimate, candid conversation exploring leadership journeys, personal growth, and executive decision-making.

CEO Nights is a monthly live podcast inspired by Mabunda’s bestselling book Take Charge. Known for its relaxed, coffee-house-style format, the platform creates space for authentic dialogue, blending professional insight with personal storytelling and offering a rare behind-the-scenes look into the lives of top executives.

The second engagement will be open to the public. It will take place at 18:00 and will feature a curated book review session unpacking key lessons from Professor Mohale’s three bestselling books: Lift As You Rise, Behold the Turtle, and Coming in From the Cold. This session will provide attendees with practical leadership insights rooted in real-world experience and a deeper understanding of values-driven leadership in today’s context.

Professor Bonang Mohale is one of Africa’s most respected business leaders. He currently serves as Chancellor of the University of the Free State, Professor of Practice at the Johannesburg Business School, and Chairman of The Bidvest Group Limited and SBV Services. He is the former CEO of Business Leadership South Africa. His distinguished career spans leadership roles across major multinational organisations, including Shell South Africa, South African Airways, Sanlam Limited, and Otis Elevators. He is widely recognised for his advocacy for ethical leadership, transformation, and social justice.

Speaking ahead of the engagements, LGF’s Dr. Mncedzi Ngomane highlighted the significance of hosting both sessions: “By hosting CEO Nights and the book review as a public engagement, we are creating two powerful but distinct leadership platforms, one for intimate executive reflection, and another for broader knowledge sharing. Together, they reinforce our commitment to developing leaders who are grounded in purpose, integrity, and impact.”
