Leadership Growth Forum Set For CEO Roundtable

The Leadership Growth Forum (LGF) is living up to its mandate of building future leaders and they have roped in Eswatini’s crème de la crème leaders to their course.

The LGF’s third event of the year will be bringing together the industry leaders to explore the strength of Eswatini’s future leadership pool in a highly-anticipated event titled ‘CEO Roundtable’ on July 12, 2024, at Mountain View in Mbabane.

According to a communiqué sent out by the LGF on its social media platform, the theme of the event is ‘The Next Generation of Eswatini’s Business Leaders; Do we have a compelling line-up?’

Leaders who have been confirmed to be part of the panel include Eswatini Bank Managing Director (MD) Her Royal Highness Nozizwe Mulela KwaZulu, Business Eswatini CEO Nathi Dlamini, Eswatini Water Services Corporation MD Jabulile Mashwama, Ubombo Sugar Limited MD Muzi Siyaya and Eswatini Building Society MD Mbali Sibanyoni.

Confirming the event was the LGF Media and Public Liaison Officer Phiwe Dlamini who said the motivation behind the LGF hosting a CEO Roundtable was to potentially facilitate meaningful dialogue among industry leaders, foster collaboration, and address pressing business challenges.

“We are anticipating doing this by bringing together top executives. The LGF aims to drive innovation, share best practices, and develop strategic insights that can benefit the broader business community,” explained Dlamini.

When asked which issues were going to be discussed, the media and public liaison officer said the agenda was typically designed to cover leadership insights from the guest speakers, leadership development, along current leadership gaps and opportunities in the country, stating that the attending audience would then be given the chance to ask burning questions about the event’s theme.

“Aspiring leaders should attend the event to gain valuable insights from experienced executives, expand their professional networks, and stay abreast of industry trends. Attending such an event provides an opportunity to learn from the successes and challenges of top CEOs, which can inspire and inform their leadership development.”

The LGF is a not-for-profit forum that offers exposure to global thought leadership, and a wide range of key leadership resources to empower aspiring leaders to advance their careers and live up to their full potential.

They have hosted South Africa’s powerhouse Professor Thulisile Madonsela, and CEO X-Factor author Rottok Cheisana, among other giant names.

The LGF also hosted the iconic, annual, and inaugural Ambrose Dlamini Leadership Memorial Lecture in January.
