Khuluma Eswatini to Host 2nd GradConnect & Business Seminar

Following the success of the first edition at Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in June, Khuluma Eswatini is set to host its second edition of the dynamic and inspiring GradConnect & Business Seminar aimed at equipping young graduates and emerging professionals with essential business insights, practical career guidance, and entrepreneurial inspiration.

The event will take place on Friday, 21 November 2025, at the Southern Africa Nazarene University (SANU).

Bringing together some of Eswatini’s most accomplished leaders and professionals, the seminar promises to be a melting pot of ideas, mentorship, and motivation. The event will be hosted by comedian Mdura Dlamini, who is expected to infuse humor and energy into the day’s proceedings.

Mandla Luphondvo, Chairperson of Khuluma Eswatini, says the GradConnect & Business Seminar forms part of a broader mission to build a supportive environment for the country’s youth.

“Khuluma Eswatini’s GradConnect and Business Seminar aims to establish an ecosystem dedicated to supporting recent graduates and students nearing the completion of their high school education,” Luphondvo says.

Among the key speakers is Tammy Dlamini, Chief Executive Officer of the Eswatini National Agricultural Union (ESNAU), who will share insights on leadership, innovation, and opportunities within Eswatini’s growing agricultural sector. Joining him will be Mluleki Dlamini, Director of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) under the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Trade, who will unpack government initiatives and strategies that support youth entrepreneurship and SME development.

Adding a creative and modern touch to the lineup is Zindzi Thwala, an influencer, content creator, and entrepreneur, who will speak on building a personal brand, digital entrepreneurship, and leveraging creativity to build sustainable careers.

The event will also feature a thought-provoking panel discussion, led by Mbongeni Mbingo, the Acting Managing Director of the Eswatini Observer, and Gcebile Dlamini, a Senior Human Resources Executive. The pair will engage participants on key issues such as employability, workplace readiness, and career growth in an evolving job market.

According to Khuluma Eswatini, the GradConnect & Business Seminar is designed to bridge the gap between academia and the professional world, empowering graduates with the mindset, tools, and networks needed to thrive in business and employment.

Tickets are priced at E50, with limited seats available. Participants can secure their spots online via Mojaticket.

The seminar is powered by several partners, including Oracle Group Eswatini, Eswatini Observer, Eswatini National Agricultural Union (ESNAU), MTN MoMo Eswatini, Enactus SANU, and Platinum Concepts.
