FNB Eswatini has strengthened its national banking footprint with the launch of four new Automated Deposit Teller Machines (ADTs) outside its branch network, along with one new Automated Teller Machine (ATM), as part of its continued drive to improve access to convenient banking services nationwide.
The newly commissioned ADTs are located at Boxer Mathangeni, Luve Puma Filling Station, Siphofaneni Complex, and Mpaka Spar Shopping Centre, while the new ATM has been installed at Hilltop Spar in Mbabane.
Speaking on the expansion, FNB Eswatini Chief Operations Officer Thandeka Dlamini said the rollout reflects the bank’s customer-centric approach and its commitment to delivering practical innovation that directly addresses customer needs.
“Our goal as a business is to listen to our customers and lead not only with innovation but also with Help that Works for their needs. We are committed to expanding our services to all parts of Eswatini, especially as we approach the festive season,” Dlamini said.
She added that the investment reaffirms FNB’s long-term commitment to the country. “This investment is a testament to our confidence in Eswatini and our commitment to serving emaSwati wherever they are. Sitintile Eswatini Futsi Asiyindzawo. We encourage our customers to enjoy convenient banking closer to home through these ADTs and ATMs.”
Meanwhile, FNB Eswatini Chief Risk Officer, Gugu Matiwane, urged customers to remain vigilant when using ATMs and ADTs, particularly during the busy festive period.
“As we use ATMs, let us remember to stay alert. Let us protect our PINs and never share them; avoid help from strangers; use well-lit ATMs and report suspicious activity to the bank,” Matiwane advised.
With the latest additions, FNB Eswatini now has over 120 ATMs and ADTs across the Country. The bank recently announced a 7% year-on-year increase in its customer base across all segments for the 2024/2025 financial year.
