The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) has launched a Mobile App, as well as an Employee and Employer Web portal to ensure that its members can claim online. The Fund also revealed that the introduction of the App will not alter the claiming period, which is currently not more than three days.

The Eswatini National Provident Fund (ENPF) has launched a Mobile App known as MyENPF, as well as an Employer and Employee Portal which will ensure that members are able to claim, view statements and update personal information, in their own time and convenience.
The Fund’s Chief Executive Officer, (CEO), Prince Lonkhokhela in his address noted that their new product and service offering was part of their Digital Transformation for Improved Customer Service Strategy.
He said the Mobile App and Employee Portal, will play mostly the same function, which is enabling members to access services rendered by the Fund online. The CEO said the portal and Mobile App are aimed at improving their customers’ experience in various ways. The difference is that the Employee Portal can only be accessed on the ENPF website, compared to the Mobile App.
Services Offered by the Mobile App and Employee Portal
- Online Claiming– members will now be able to claim in the comfort of their own space and at their own time. This means there is no need to now physically go to an ENPF service centre outlet.
- Viewing Statements Online– members will now be able to view their statements online, at any given time.
- Update Personal Information- the portal will enable members to easily update their personal information online.
The Employer Portal on the other hand is meant to be utilized by employers. “This portal will enable employers to interact with their accounts with the Fund in real-time. On this portal, employers will be able to view their accounts anywhere and at any time. It will also enable employers to submit their completed monthly NPF 200 forms through the portal. To access the portal, employers can view our website and follow the link or could be accessed through our website” notes the CEO.
