Emvasi Alumni Club Membership Registration Opens

The UNESWA Endowment Fund has officially opened the Emvasi Alumni Club membership registration and subscription, marking a pivotal moment in the institution’s journey toward advancement and alumni empowerment.

The launch invites UNESWA graduates across generations to reconnect, contribute, and actively shape the future of their alma mater through a structured and impactful membership programme.

According to the UNESWA Endowment Chief Executive Officer, Vulindlela Simelane, the opening of the Emvasi Alumni Club is more than just a social initiative; it is a core pillar of the UNESWA Endowment Fund Strategy 2025–2030, which positions alumni as a critical driver of sustainable funding.

“The Emvasi Alumni Club is not merely a network; it is a strategic engine for institutional advancement and financial resilience,” Simelane said.

The UNESWA Endowment Fund strategy outlines a shift from traditional donor dependency to a diversified revenue model, where alumni subscriptions form a steady and predictable income stream. At the heart of this initiative is the Emvasi Alumni Clubhouse, envisioned as a vibrant hub for professional networking, business collaboration, mentorship, student support, and social and cultural engagement.

According to the UNESWA Endowment Fund Chief Marketing Officer, Musa Simelane, membership unlocks access to exclusive events, facilities, and opportunities designed to strengthen alumni ties while contributing to the university’s development.

“This is about ownership. UNESWA alumni must now take their place as co-builders of the university’s future,” he said.

Membership benefits include access to the Emvasi Alumni Clubhouse facilities, invitations to exclusive networking events and reunions, participation in strategic university initiatives, and opportunities to mentor students and young professionals. Members will also contribute to scholarships, infrastructure, and innovation.

As the UNESWA Endowment Fund pivots into a new era defined by innovation, sustainability, and shared responsibility, the Emvasi Alumni Clubhouse stands as a symbol of unity and forward-thinking leadership. UNESWA alumni are encouraged to register and subscribe immediately to become part of this transformative movement.

“The future of UNESWA is not just in classrooms; it is in the hands of its alumni,” Simelane emphasized.
