EITF Unveils New Logo and Opens 2025 Exhibitor Applications

The Eswatini International Trade Fair (EITF) has officially rebranded, unveiling a new logo and corporate identity (CI) that blends cultural heritage with modern ambition.

According to the Official Spokesperson of the Eswatini International Trade Fair, Siphesihle Nkhabindze, the change was inspired by the need for a symbol that better represents both the venue (Manzini) that hosts the Trade Fair and the spirit of the multicultural, uniquely Swati event.

Speaking during an online launch to exhibitors and visitors of the EITF, Nkhabindze said the old logo, while familiar, no longer captured the full spirit of who they are and lacked uniqueness.

“The old logo existed simply as a logo without a story that truly belonged to us. In a global arena where every brand competes for attention, our identity must speak for us. We needed a mark that is recognizably Eswatini—a design that roots us in our heritage while projecting our potential to the world.”

Nkhabindze added that inspiration for the new identity came from the architecture of the guca sithandaze-shaped entrance—a structure that tells a story of tradition, unity, and welcome.

“That arch in Manzini became the heart of our new identity,” he said. “We incorporated colors from our national flag, each chosen not just for beauty, but for meaning: blue for peace and stability, white for unity, and red for our history and resilience. At the top, the acronym ‘EITF’ stands boldly, anchoring us globally while staying connected to home. Above it, two figures with raised hands symbolize the people—the performers, exhibitors, and dreamers. They are the energy behind this fair, making it not just an event, but a celebration.”

Nkhabindze also announced the official opening of applications for EITF exhibition stands, starting from 3:00 PM on 23 April 2025. As is now standard practice, all exhibitor applications will be processed via the EITF App. The app is available for download on the Google Play Store and via the link: bit.ly/eitfweb.

For a complete guide on how to apply, applicants are encouraged to visit EITF’s official social media pages on Facebook and Instagram. For assistance or questions, applicants can also send a WhatsApp message to 7950 0050. Those who already have the App on their mobile devices are advised to update the software via the Google Play Store to ensure that applications are processed correctly and carry the most up-to-date information.

“We are thrilled to announce the opening of EITF exhibitor applications alongside the unveiling of our new visual identity. Through this, we aim to elevate our global competitiveness and ensure versatility across media and moments, creating an identity that strikes a balance between innovation and tradition. We want the world to see Eswatini not just as the host of the EITF, but as a true hub for business,” Nkambule concluded.
