The ‘Masters of Money’ and ‘The CEO X Factor author KC Rottok Chesaina says his upcoming book launch will focus on enhancing and encouraging literacy.
Hosted by the Leadership Growth Forum (LGF), the Eswatini book launch of the above-mentioned books will take place at Mountain View in Mbabane on October 6, 2023, and it is themed ‘Next Level Leadership; Leadership Lessons from some of the top Africa-based Multinational Companies’ CFOs and CEOs’.
Narrating on the upcoming event, Chesaina said he thought any piece of written work played a pivotal role in encouraging literacy.
“Learning is a life-long endeavour and the more we package knowledge in various forms that encourages people to consume and grow themselves the better. There is currently a proposal to produce a children’s version of The CEO X Factor so that we can reach even the young and provide them with easily understandable tips on how to make it to the top of companies. This will enhance literacy from a young age (verbatim),” said the renowned author.
When asked how he resonated with Eswatini, Chesaina said the first thing that came to his mind when he thinks of the country was Nkonyeni Golf Estate, which was the first place he visited when he came on a golf tour with a group from South Africa.
“It is a beautifully designed golf course and the accommodation was enjoyable. That first visit also coincided with the reed dance which is globally famous and so that is probably the second thing that comes to mind. All in all, I have enjoyed my visits to the Kingdom and this is why I did not hesitate to say yes when LGF invited me to come,” he said.
Chesaina further elaborated that he had been invited to various panels since he launched his first book last year and the second one this year.
“The attendees at these various events have benefited from the over 1,000 hours I spent speaking to top business leaders about the keys to success which I try and distil into the few minutes that we have during each session.”
Worth noting is that the author’s event will be held approximately a month after the LGF hosted the much-celebrated woman icon, former South African Public Protector, Professor Thuli Madonsela.
LGF Co-Founder Bonginkosi Max Mkhonta said their purpose as the LGF was to provide exposure to global thought leadership and best practices.
“We have done that through hosting our Leadership Series Webinars (12 in total since our launch in January 2022), as well as through bringing into Eswatini, individuals who have written excellent books on the topic of leadership.”
“Chesaina is the distinguished author of two great books on leadership, CEO X-Factor and Masters of Money,” explained Mkhonta.

Entrance to the book launch is E480 (for both books), and E330 charge (for one book). The cover charge includes refreshments. Payment will be made only through MoMo and eWallet.
