If you are looking to empower yourself, be it in your career, business, or general life then check out the social media video series driven by marketing and media consultant, Nathi Gule.
The series set at Happy Valley Hotel in Ezulwini aims to spread positivity and life hacks to the public at the start of each year and to equip them to be ready for the next 12 months. It covers eight topics, such as Positivity in the Workplace, Finance, Career (skills mapping), Start-Up, Opportunities in Eswatini, Vision Board, and Family and Mental Health.
Dubbed the Positivity Series, the video podcast kicked off this past Monday and has featured thought leaders like UNESWA Lecturer, Clement Dlamini, Financial Coach Colisile Tfwala, and Investment and Trade Consultant Zizwe Vilane. Upcoming later on are the likes of human resource expert Sharon Maziya to speak on Positivity in the Workplace and innovator Jose Rego on Career and Skills Matching.
Gule said that the guests were selected based on their content and expertise, rather than their popularity. He said that he wanted to focus on the quality and relevance of the information, rather than the personality of the speaker.
“We selected speakers based on content rather than them being well-known. We wanted people who are experts on each subject matter so the focus is more on them,” he said.
In 2024, the series returns in the form of a video talk show with expert guests on key life topics. Gule said that he started the series in 2021 during COVID-19 when he posted free positive social media posts for 21 days.
He then transformed the posts into a booklet, which he distributed for free. In 2022, he collaborated with Tribe Studios to produce a seven-day video series based on the book. In 2023, he partnered with Vukosi Mashele to create podcasts on all audio platforms.
Gule thanked their partners, Africa Brand House for the branding, Cert Water Beverages for refreshments, and Happy Valley Hotel for the venue. He also thanked the team at Tribe Studios for their professionalism and cooperation.
The podcast is for now broadcast on the host’s social media pages while also available on Tribe Studios YouTube page. Tribe Studios are the brains behind the production.
