The “Blame Game No More – Own Your Feelings” mental health event held at the Mbabane Library American Corner was a powerful and inspiring gathering that touched many hearts.
The event was well attended, with the venue filled to full capacity as people from different backgrounds came together to listen, learn, and heal. One of the main highlights of the day was the impactful message delivered by HRH Nozizwe Zulu Mulela, who truly dropped pearls of wisdom on important mental health issues affecting society today.
During her heartfelt address, Nozizwe spoke openly about emotional pain, healing, accountability, and personal growth. She reminded the audience that healing begins when people stop allowing pain to become their identity.
Her words deeply touched many attendees because they reflected the struggles that people silently face every day. She encouraged individuals to stop blame shifting and to take responsibility for their emotions and actions instead of constantly blaming others for their unhappiness.
Nozizwe also spoke about victim mentality and how remaining trapped in pain can prevent people from growing into stronger and healthier individuals. She highlighted the importance of forgiving oneself, moving forward, and understanding that healing is a journey that takes time and effort.
Her honesty about the difficulties of healing made her message relatable and genuine. Many people in the audience appreciated her openness and found comfort in her encouragement that trying to heal is always worth it.

Another important issue she addressed was the impact of absent fathers, youth rebellion, and emotional wounds within families and communities. She explained how unresolved pain can affect behavior, relationships, and mental wellbeing. Her message encouraged young people to seek guidance, emotional support, and healthier ways of coping with life challenges.
Nozizwe also urged the public to make use of mental health services such as psychological check-ups, counseling sessions, and clinics. She emphasized that mental health should be treated with the same seriousness as physical health and that seeking professional help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
The audience responded positively, with many people feeling inspired, encouraged, and emotionally uplifted. The atmosphere in the room reflected unity, hope, and healing. Her powerful words left a lasting impact on everyone present and reminded people that healing, accountability, forgiveness, and emotional growth are necessary steps toward living healthier and happier lives.
