In a landmark gathering that signals a new era for Eswatini’s insurance industry, leaders from Eswatini and across the region converged at The Happy Valley Hotel on Wednesday, November 5, for the inaugural Insurance & Risk Management Leadership Dinner 2025.
Hosted by Ensure Insurance Brokers under the theme “Shaping What’s Next,” the evening brought together CEOs, regulators, innovators, and decision-makers in a powerful demonstration that the future of insurance belongs to those bold enough to reimagine it.

The evening featured three powerful keynote addresses that set the tone for transformative action by Peter Olyott, CEO of Willis Towers Watson, Zama Ngcobo, General Manager of Eswatini Royal Insurance Corporation, and Zamokuhle Dlamini, Acting CEO of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority.

In a poignant demonstration of the industry’s commitment to community impact, the evening concluded with E100,000 in charitable donations distributed to Eswatini Hospice at Home, Cheshire Homes, and Hope House.
