The Leadership Growth Forum (LGF) is set to wrap up 2025 with elegance, reflection, and inspiration at its highly anticipated Year-End Dinner, scheduled for 28 November, at the Mountain View Hotel in Mbabane.
This was announced by the LGF team on their social media platforms.
This exclusive evening will not only celebrate the achievements of the year but also pay tribute to some of Eswatini’s most outstanding leaders whose work and influence have left an indelible mark on the nation.
Under the theme “Presenting Leadership Legacy Case Studies and Honorary Awards,” the event promises a blend of recognition, networking, and thought leadership.
Guests will be treated to an evening of sophistication as the Forum shines a spotlight on individuals whose leadership journeys continue to inspire current and future generations.
The programme will, according to the event’s poster, feature legacy case studies, powerful reflections on how visionary leadership can shape communities, industries, and the nation at large.
Among this year’s honourees are three distinguished figures whose contributions embody the spirit of excellence and service:
Firstly, Stanley Matsebula, who will receive the Vanguard Award, celebrated for his pioneering leadership and unwavering dedication to progress and innovation.
Secondly, will be Professor Lydia Makhubu, posthumously honoured with The Torch of Knowledge Award, in recognition of her exceptional impact in academia and her lifelong commitment to advancing education and empowering women in science.
And lastly will be Waqunga Dlamini, recipient of The Heart of Community Award, applauded for his profound contribution to community development and his steadfast role in fostering unity, empowerment, and growth within local communities.
These awards highlight LGF’s ongoing mission to identify and honour leaders who not only achieve professional success but also drive social transformation through integrity, resilience, and a people-centered approach.
