MTN Eswatini & A Peculiar People to Host Free Made in Eswatini Business Seminar

As part of the annual 21 Days of Y’ello Care campaign, MTN Eswatini, in partnership with A Peculiar People, will host a high-impact business seminar aimed at equipping local entrepreneurs with digital skills to grow their enterprises and expand market access.

Themed “Leveraging Technology to Empower Communities,” the seminar is set to take place on Tuesday, 10 June 2025, from 09:00 to 14:00 at the MTN Eswatini Headquarters Auditorium in Ezulwini. Attendance is free, but prior registration is required.

The seminar will target entrepreneurs producing “Made in Eswatini” products, and will offer practical knowledge on how to use digital platforms to boost productivity, drive inclusive economic growth, and tap into both local and international markets.

Speaking ahead of the event, Melusi Zox Dlamini, Founder and Executive Chairman of A Peculiar People, said the upcoming workshop is designed to show how local businesses can harness digital tools to enhance efficiency, access new markets, and drive inclusive economic growth.

“The seminar will feature expert-led sessions and collaborative dialogue among entrepreneurs, innovators, and community leaders,” he said. “Digital networks are not just tools—they are gateways to economic freedom. When we harness technology to improve local retail access and scale distribution, we empower entrepreneurs to participate meaningfully in both domestic and international markets.”

Also speaking on the event, Chief Executive Officer (CEO )at MTN Eswatini, Wandile Mtshali, said the initiative reflects a shared vision with A Peculiar People to empower communities through technology and collaboration.

Mtshali emphasized that in 2025, the MTN campaign is focused on connecting communities through digital tools and equipping entrepreneurs with the knowledge and resources to thrive in a tech-driven economy.
