STANLIB Eswatini, a leading investment management firm in the country, is seeking a visionary Managing Director (MD) to guide the company into its next phase of strategic and commercial growth.
According to the company, the successful candidate will shape the organization’s strategy and be entrusted with strategic and financial leadership aligned with the Group’s direction.
As the head of STANLIB Eswatini, the new MD will have the opportunity to steer the organization’s strategic direction while nurturing a high-performance, values-driven culture.
The role also places a strong emphasis on commercial growth through product innovation and market expansion, as STANLIB aims to broaden its market reach and develop innovative financial products tailored to the local economy.
Additionally, the MD will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relations within the country’s financial sector and representing STANLIB at industry platforms, reinforcing the firm’s presence and leadership in Eswatini’s investment landscape.
Another core area of focus will be people leadership with an emphasis on talent, culture, and performance, ensuring that teams are empowered, motivated, and aligned with the organization’s vision.
The role further requires the MD to demonstrate excellence in governance, risk management, and operational execution, anchoring STANLIB’s reputation for sound financial stewardship and ethical leadership. It is worth mentioning that the company celebrated 25 years of operating in the Kingdom on 4 December 2025.
