Instacash Opens New Service Center in Manzini

Instacash has opened a new service center in Manzini—its third after Mbabane and Buhleni.

The opening ceremony, held at the Manzini Shopping Mall, marked a significant milestone for the fast-growing mobile wallet company, which currently boasts over 230,000 registered users, with 80% of them active on a daily basis.

Instacash Managing Director Mandla ‘Cheeks’ Nxumalo described the new branch as a “hub of hope, accessibility, and progress,” offering fast, reliable, and secure financial services to individuals and businesses alike.

These services include money transfers, bill payments, airtime and electricity purchases, payments at partner merchants and fuel stations, as well as funeral cover, stokvel management, and large digital disbursements.

“This occasion is a testament to the company’s growth and dedication to empowering EmaSwati. Today, we are showing our commitment to financial inclusion by opening a center in Manzini. Our mission is to serve the unbanked and underbanked communities in Eswatini. Today, we are not just opening a new service center; we are expanding opportunity, accelerating convenience, and reaffirming our mission to serve the unbanked and financially marginalized,” he declared.

Strategically located in Eswatini’s commercial heart, the Manzini branch is expected to increase access to digital financial services for thousands of people and small businesses. Nxumalo emphasized that the company’s commitment to the people of Eswatini is grounded in making everyday transactions seamless, secure, and accessible to all.

Looking back on Instacash’s journey from its humble beginnings in Mbabane, Nxumalo credited the company’s steady growth to the support of its customers, stakeholders, and staff.

“I would like to thank our customers for their unwavering trust in us, our media partners for amplifying our story, and the dedicated Instacash team who work tirelessly to make all this possible,” he said. “Every transaction, every success, and every life changed is a shared victory.”

Nxumalo concluded by reaffirming Instacash’s forward-looking approach, hinting at further innovations aimed at strengthening Eswatini’s digital economy.

“We will continue to introduce innovative solutions that empower both businesses and individuals,” he said. “When the Kingdom thrives, we thrive too. Your convenience is our priority, and your growth is our mission. Let’s make history together.”
